Do you know what is the most wonderful thing in the world…Well, one of the most wonderful things, just after sex, snogging and cappucino. Exercise! Yes, exercise is the best thing EVER.

I stopped exercising around 2 months ago. My gym membership expired and I became lazy, then the Christmas and New Year came during which I drank too much and became even more lazy, but I decided that enough is enough and I should do something once in a while.

First, I found a wonderful running place. It is free and it is big, and there are other people running there as well, so I don’t feel like a freak. I went for a run twice last week and I felt absolutely wonderful.

Then yesterday, I went for a muay thai training. I freaking loved it! It was 3 hours of punching, running and kicking and it gave me such an adrenaline rush that I am still hyped up. I do need to go again.

A training like that is not only for your body and soul, but it gives you that empowerment, which so many of us women need. It gives you a feeling that you can punch and kick hard and you can defend yourself, if needed.

It is much interesting than a run in the gym.

This is one of the things I always wanted to try, and it is a new thing, and trying something new is really good for everyone. If you think how many different activities I tried here since I came here it is pretty damn impressive. I even learned some Thai! Yey for me and for my new discovered confidence!!

A note to myself: next thing to try out is a meditation course.
